Not sure where the closest game store or club is? Then check out this handy link! You can even add your own club or shop if you don't see it on the map. Lets make this a great tool for everyone by contributing and not abusing :)

Model Shops in Chiba Part 2

The second look at shops in the Chiba area from our friends at JUGS. This shop is a two for one stop!

How to Get There: Located a short 5 minute walk from JR Chiba train station on the third floor of building with Yodobashi Camera on the ground floor. At the top of the escalators you'll be greeted by the Scale model & toy shop which is great for Hobby and modelling supplies.

What You'll Find: Behind this to the right is another Yellow submarine store. This shop stocks GW models and an alright selection of cheap Reaper models. As with all Yellow Submarine stores codex and army books are in Japanese only now. You can get White Dwarf Visions here too but not the weekly one. Prices are the usual retail prices. They have a few older Games Workshop metal kits and blisters packs too for any GW collectors out there.

Not a bad shop overall!

Model Shops in Chiba Part 1

Courtesy of our friends at JUGS (Japan's United Gaming Society) is their first of many looks at hobby and game shops in the Chiba area.

Shop Name: Hobby House Mr. Field
Location: Kashiwa, Chiba
Website: http://ameblo.jp/hobbyspacemrfield/

How to get there: Mr. Field is located in Kashiwa right next to the JR station (south exit). You go out of the ticket gates, turn left, enter the shopping mall ahead of you, go down the stairs to the ground floor (on B1 of this building is a yellow submarine too, good for scale models, toys etc) go out through the exit to your right and it's on your right.

What you will find: Mr. Field has game tables and an excellent selection of 40k, fantasy, Avatars of War, and Bolt Action. Staff are friendly, prices are retail prices, no cheap stuff. Some of their scenery pieces are really cool.

If you have played at the store, interacted with the staff, or have anything to let the gamers know, please post in the comments.
